Dangote, has started producing Peugeot 3008 GT in Kaduna.

Dangote Peugeot Automobiles Nigeria Limited (DPAN) has started assembling the Peugeot 3008 GT at its Kaduna plant, marking a significant step in reviving the Peugeot brand in Nigeria. DPAN is also set to introduce the Peugeot Landtrek 4×2 pickup into the light commercial vehicle market.

The Peugeot 3008 GT, featuring a 1.6-liter turbo engine, joins the existing lineup of made-in-Nigeria Peugeot models, including the 301 sedan and the seven-seater 5008. Meanwhile, the Peugeot Landtrek 4×2, equipped with a 2.4-liter engine, is designed for durability and performance, with a potential 4×4 variant under consideration.

DPAN, formerly Peugeot Automobiles Nigeria (PAN), is jointly owned by Dangote Industries Limited, Kaduna, Plateau, and Kebbi State Governments, along with Stellantis Group. 

The company aims to regain market leadership by offering modern vehicles tailored for Nigerian roads, featuring safety, technology, and comfort.
