USAID Funding Boko Haram,ISIS, others - US Congress Man

U.S Congressman Scott Perry

U.S. Congressman Scott Perry has accused the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) of funding terrorist organizations, including Boko Haram, ISIS, and Al-Qaeda. During a congressional hearing on government waste and fraud, Perry claimed that USAID misused taxpayer funds, citing a lack of evidence for schools it reportedly built in Pakistan. He alleged that USAID’s funding indirectly supports terrorism and called for an end to such financial mismanagement. Former President Donald Trump and Elon Musk have also criticized USAID, with Musk alleging it engages in covert operations.
